What have been your greatest lessons as a young broker in Commercial Real Estate so far?

The biggest lesson I have learned as a young broker in the industry has been the value of hard work compounding. This is not an overnight business. Our relationships are deep and meaningful and take months, years, and decades to take shape.  What you start doing today with good intentions, diligent work, ample follow-up, and stellar systems leads to great things months, years, and decades down the road.

What do you look forward to 10 years from now in the CRE industry?

I most look forward to seeing the office environment continue to transform as both occupiers and landlords grapple with the future of hybrid work, amenity-heavy offices, and smaller spaces. It is very rare you can get into an industry at such a pivotal time. I am excited to grow my skills to help occupiers during this paradigm shift.

What are some of your hobbies?

Hobbies of mine include playing soccer, working out, fishing, and designing clothes.

Favorite activities outside of the workplace?

My favorite activities outside of leasing are spending quality time with my girlfriend and family, working out, skiing, hiking, volunteering with the Fiesta Bowl, and playing golf anywhere there’s grass.

What is your favorite C2 team memory?

Our epic Pickleball games during our team Christmas party… who would have thought that brokers would get SUPER competitive with each other?  Trash talk was akin to Federer v Nadal in their prime.

Favorite sports teams?

Tie between Creighton Basketball and the Phoenix Suns! Go Jays!
