Kaeli assists in the development and execution of all marketing strategies, campaigns, and events for our listings. She performs day-to-day operations to ensure all marketing materials are up to date and accurate on all our various platforms. Kaeli also manages and maintains our two weekly blogs, as well as provides content for our social media pages. Kaeli holds her Bachelor of Arts in Communication at Arizona State University. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her puppy and testing out new recipes.

What is one of the most surprising things you learned when you first joined the team?

I was surprised by how well everyone works together as a team. Everyone has their specific role, and every single role adds value to C2. It is also motivating to work with such a goal-oriented group, and you never have to question if you are adding value because you get to see it firsthand!

What have you found to be one of the top traits you need to succeed in your position?

I found that organization is one of the top traits needed to succeed in my position. Making folders to file emails away, keeping spreadsheets up-to-date, color coding, and making sure to put due dates in my planner has been super helpful.

If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?

Amsterdam has been on my bucket list since I can remember. I would love to go sometime during the Tulip Festival!

What is an interesting fact about you?

One interesting fact about me is that I am vegan and have been for the past three years!

If you could be an animal, what kind would you be?

I would be a dog since in my household they are treated like royalty!
