We are heavily invested in the Metro Phoenix community. We are actively working with Valley of the Sun United Way MC 2206 Capitol Campaign, Saint Vincent DePaul (Council Member), Phoenix Children’s Hospital (as a member of the PCH 50), Arizona Chamber of Commerce (Board Member), Men’s Art Council (for over 30 years), and NAIOP (2 past presidents and 1 Lifetime achievement award). In addition to our monetary donations, our team gives over 1,000 hours annually to Phoenix philanthropic causes.  Finally, we have represented numerous not-for-profit organizations, helping them find office space, for decades.

One of our core non-negotiables is velocity.  We live it daily. We have a reputation for incredible responsiveness and working long hours to serve our clients. In just one transaction, over 220 emails were sent before or after normal working hours.

As CCIM, CRE, and SIOR members, we are held to high standards. The first is the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics. (This code is now 100 years old.) The second is from SIOR, the most elite network of commercial brokers in the world. When looking for an advisor, select one who is held to a higher standard.

We have never stopped learning and innovating. Craig, Andrew, and Gregg all hold their CCIM designations. In addition, Andrew and Craig both hold their SIOR and CRE designations. Less than 40 people in the world hold all three designations. Two are on our team.  We produce two blogs that garner over 1,000,000 views annually.  The C2 Voice, contains weekly trends and a future look at the office market.  The other, LIFEies, shares a weekly lesson on life.

We own the company.  Profits stay in Metro Phoenix.  We do not have a corporate office dictating what we can and cannot do, and, more importantly, taking our revenue to meet Wall Street’s demands.  We are privately held and will always be Lee.

We do not hire clones. Craig has an MBA, Andrew has a civil engineering degree, Gregg holds a construction management degree and Nick has a Finance Analytics degree. Chelsea, Tomisha and Kaeli are our follow-through, team support, and marketing specialists. Each team member brings their unique skills, abilities, and passions to every transaction.
