Many who know me know that I’m a dedicated goal setter. (Those who know me really well might say I go a bit overboard.) I set and track goals on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis in all areas of life, from family time to backpacking to even the amount of sleep I get each night.
Most importantly, we track our team’s progress diligently, setting new goals and metrics for success every quarter and year. When we look back on those numbers for 2019, they tell an amazing story of our team’s hard work.
