Despite the office market woes, there are still some VERY cool spaces being built. In fact, in the competition for talent, we are seeing tenants using office space as a recruiting tool. I went to THE source for all things office design: Michelle Heeb and her amazing company, Forward Tilt. They are the best commercial office furniture company in Metro Phoenix and across the U.S. Michelle and her top salesperson, Carolyn Cheney gave me a peek at some of the best spaces built in 2024 in Metro Phoenix.
