  • Looming Lease Expiration Date that is creeping closer and closer

Solution

  • Work with LL to shift focus to new building
  •  Working with LL architect and GC got plans to grab space from one suite and capture into new suite closer to our ideal size at LL sole cost

Results

  •  Turnkey space that was built at cost that made sense to the Landlord
  •  Tenant located in area and building they want to be in
  •  Able to relocate on time and avoid paying double rent
