Build-to-Suit Development Process

Historically, the Metro Phoenix Office Market would most accurately be describe as a “Field of Dreams” market…”If you build it, they will come.”  In this case, Ray Kinsella (Kevin Costner) is plowing down cotton fields to throw up Class A office space in the hopes that “Shoeless Joe” aka AAA Credit Tenant comes along to lease a large chunk of space, if not the entire project.  This is not always the case though. Below is a cool infographic we created to help simplify the complicated Build-to-Suit Development Process.

If you or your company has ever thought about creating your own identity then Build-to-Suit Development is the best bet to put that custom stamp on the marketplace. We have worked with groups looking to do Build-to-Suits from as small as 10,000 SF to 150,000+ SF.
